Florida State Fair 2025 Food – We paid a visit yesterday to the Florida State Fair to check out this year’s new wacky food items. The visitor’s guide (available at information kiosks) had a nifty map of where to find 23 new food . The second to the last day of the Florida State Fair had a late start on Sunday due to rainy weather. Because the gates didn’t open until 3 p.m. and all rides were closed, organizers discounted .
